Pay for me was hybrid between hourly and flag hours. Due to my skill set I was given all the work I had time for. The owner, Tim, is a great guy to work for. Very understanding of delays and issues and buys lunch sometimes.

Highly cooperative shop environment. New facility with a/c and good ventilation. Service Manager was promoted from Shop Foreman and understands/fights for the techs. Raises take time to go through but do happen when pursued. Parts Dept. is above average with proactive Manager. Aggressive Warranty Dept. that will fight for your flagged time. Reasonable schedule flexibility for family/personal needs. Dispatch is fair and help is always available from Foreman and Leads.

Help keep the lights on in the bay
Shop Rate is free for technicians and always will be. Hosting, the database, map and business-data services, and ongoing development all cost money every month. If the site has helped you, a few bucks helps cover those bills. If not, no worries.
Where the money goesContributions go to Shop Rate Solutions LLC, a for-profit business. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible. Contributing is completely optional and does not unlock, change, or keep access to any feature.
