Pay Plan is flat rate , service department averaged 5-9 cars and during holidays 20 was a good day, a good thing a nice new shop with a/c , and they had an amazing service writer who tried to help the techs, that where the good ends, management repeatedly said they didn’t care if there wasn’t enough work to support the techs they had, would promise repeatedly (I was there 3 years, being feed the same promise) that thing will be better, before I left they ask why I didn’t just work two jobs
