Okay place, most people will move to something better
Weekend mechanic
It's an okay place, the direct shop manager was always really decent, you have reasonable equipment provided, the work is mostly putting new cars in the fleet, tires, recall work and checking complaints from rentals, the work load is never crazy, but the pay was also not the best either, your paid by the hour but it's not as much as most places pay and there was only one possibility to move up (to shop manager) and there was 0 training, there was matched 401k and health insurance/dental/vision available, they are also open 365days a year
Work load, good place to get your foot in th door, paid by the hour, matched 401k
Upper management sometimes stressful, lower overall pay, not challenging, no room for movement, open ever day of the year, very little paid time off.
